The automated aluminium billet cutting and peeling production line provides a stable and controlled material preparation workflow for extrusion and forging plants. All process stages including billet loading, precision length cutting, intermediate transport and surface peeling are integrated into one continuous system designed for long term industrial operation.
The cutting unit maintains reliable accuracy through a rigid mechanical structure and servo controlled feed motion. Billets are clamped securely throughout the process, ensuring stable cutting performance and consistent dimensional tolerances suitable for downstream forming.
